Crafto offers premium subscriptions that allow users access to exclusive templates and features. This
Payment, Cancellations, and Refund Policy governs all monetary transactions through the Crafto platform
and is to be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Subscription Plans and Validity
- Monthly Plan: Valid for 30 days
- Quarterly Plan: Valid for 120 days
- Annual Plan: Valid for 365 days
You may access premium content by selecting a plan and paying the applicable fee.
iOS Subscriptions (App Store Payments)
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Renewal charges may occur up to 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
- Subscriptions can be managed or canceled via your Apple account settings.
- Payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable.
UPI Autopay Subscriptions (India-Specific)
Crafto facilitates recurring subscription transactions using UPI AutoPay in compliance with NPCI
regulations:
- Subscriptions may renew automatically up to 96 hours before expiry to ensure uninterrupted service.
- If a payment fails, Crafto may retry charging your account for up to 20 days post-expiry. After
that, the subscription will be marked as canceled.
- You may disable AutoPay through your UPI-enabled app or select an alternative payment method during
checkout.
- On cancellation, subscription benefits remain available until the end of the billing period.
- Payments made before cancellation are non-refundable.
Manual Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Disabling AutoPay from your UPI or Apple account
- Managing your subscription in Crafto’s account settings
Access to premium features will continue until the end of the paid period. No refunds will be issued for
partial use or early termination.
Refunds and Exceptions
Crafto maintains a strict no-refund policy for all subscriptions.
Invoices and Disputes
- To request an invoice, contact support@crafto.app within 7
days of your transaction.
- Disputes must first be addressed through Crafto’s support team before initiating chargebacks or
reversals. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
Taxation and Compliance
- All subscription fees are inclusive of applicable Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless
otherwise stated.
- Transactions are subject to Indian financial and digital payment regulations, including those by the
RBI and NPCI.
Jurisdiction and Interpretation
- This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
- The courts of Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out
of or related to this policy.
- Crafto reserves the right to make the final and binding interpretation of any of the terms mentioned
herein.
